Change tpm_generated's logging to VERBOSE. Now that I'm using tpm_generated from the UDS attestation service, I find that it is flooding the logs and making it hard to find messages. This changes the tpm_generated logs to VERBOSE (the lowest severity) so they can easily be filtered away.
